Hello Everyone! I’m truly sorry for taking some time to post this blog. As you know I am a “Life Coach” among other titles. I’m sure just as each of you are. We all get pretty busy, we all wear many different hats throughout the day.

Sometimes when we get so busy, do you find your energy depleted? I know I do, even when sleeping, eating right, exercising, etc.! It’s just when we are running around like “Dash” from the The Incredibles (kids movie) of course we are going to be drained at the end of the day. Let’s face it, we are human, not super hero’s! I must admit, I do feel like “Wonder Woman” from time to time. I just wish I had her invisible jet! Right?! I could get so much more done in a day!

Anyways, I really was feeling depleted and I needed to recharge myself so I can be good for myself and others. I knew I needed to clear out energy and realign myself. Sometimes, we all need assistance from another.

Listen to “Your Inner Self”, you know better than anyone, what it is your in need of. Do you need more sleep? Do you need some carbs? More water to hydrate? Workout to clear your mind? Meditate? Talk to a certain person that you trust? You can ask yourself tons of questions and your first answer is what you are in need of. Do not second guess yourself! You know yourself better than anyone. No spouse, friend, or doctor knows you better than you! I stress this fact because many of us second guess our natural intuition.

We were given the gift of intuition to guide and protect us. You know that butterfly feeling in our stomach. That pulling us towards something feeling. That feeling of fear when something is not right. By the way that is the ONLY time fear is healthy!!

So listen to what it is your mind, body, and self is telling you. You wouldn’t steer yourself in the wrong direction now would you? I don’t think so, I think we get of course when we listen to others.

So know yourself, pay attention to the signs. Do what you think is necessary. Prioritize. You will be in balance and back on track in no time. If your over loaded know when to ask for help. Trust me it’s okay to ask for help and working together as a family or a team, does feel good!
