Monday Motivation: Shine Your Light

I’ve made the mistake of dimming my light to make others feel more comfortable. Whether, it was intellectually or emotionally. I became content playing ditzy because I learned from a young age that truth wasn’t necessary.

Until one day God spoke to me and I heard his message with clarity and I escaped. I found my voice and became comfortable with my light.

My candle used to be dim until I found my truth, spoke the truth and lived my truth. The truth IS necessary.

Shine as bright as you can without hesitation.
