Bain and Gray

A young and naturally introverted countryside girl, the prospect of living and working in London was terrifying to say the least. As suggested by my Secretarial college (OMBS), I registered with a few agencies, none of which I found gave the same level of service as Bain and Gray. They quickly picked up on my personality and drew on my previous office experience, coming to a conclusion that a stiff corporate organisation would not be a comfortable environment for me and quickly went about setting me up interviews with a couple of their clients.

Low and behold, they actually had an opening themselves for an Office Manager/Social Media Coordinator and so, after a few phone calls and interview I began my London career within recruitment. I could not pass on any more credit to the directors and Consultants of Bain and Gray for their perceptive and diligent way that they take the time to really get to know both their candidates and clients in order to ensure the right fit every time – I don’t think I could have been better placed anywhere else.

Another aspect of Bain and Gray that I really admire is their focus on successful and independent women and how they support many charities that promote these values. They are a London-based boutique secretarial and PA recruitment agency, and the high calibre of candidates that walk through our doors inspires me every day.
