Lindsey’s background in corporate IT has given her both a first-hand understanding of the problems that women face when pursuing a management career, and a passion for helping women worldwide
achieve career success to the highest level. Her own observations from managing staff have
reinforced her belief that a female style of management – collaborative, empathic, inclusive and environmental – is enormously beneficial to companies, and that encouraging and assisting women
to achieve on a large scale is of benefit, not only to her clients, but to their employers too. Her studies and research during her Psychology degree have given her a greater understanding of the ways in which women can be held back from these levels of success, and how they can work to overcome these challenges.
